I live in Crestview and have used Southview Pest and Turf Management for the past two years and have been VERY pleased with the service and overall cost of the service. My lawn looks much healthier than it did prior to Southview taking care of it and made a real difference recently when I put my house up for sale. Those looking at my house commented on the great lawn I have and probably played into my quick sale of the house that is pending. I highly recommend to anyone.

Southview provides comprehensive insect and mosquito treatments, significantly reducing pest activity around our house. Matt’s team went above and beyond by supplying heavy-duty traps the same day to address a persistent rat issue after it chewed through my fiber cable. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident. They were thorough, responsive, and ensured the job was done right.

Highly recommend!  They are very easy to schedule, quick response, flexible, communicate well and have very reasonable pricing!  We had a huge indoor and outdoor ant problem that was taken care of the almost immediately after the first visit.  Will definitely be using them for all my pest management in the future!
